Stress Exposure Training (SET) Research Consultancy

INSO has a requirement for a Stress Exposure Training (SET) Literature Review Research Consultancy.

The objective of the Consultancy is to lead a structured literature review underpinning INSOs redesigned Personal Safety Training (PST), with a specific focus on Stress Exposure Training (SET) methodologies. The Research Consultancy will contribute to the design of the revised training model alongside the Senior Training Manager. The objective is to ensure that the evolution of INSOs Stress Exposure Personal Safety Training (SEPST) model is grounded in validated research, transferable professional practice, and multidisciplinary learning science.
